A Typical Day for a Physical Therapist with WesleyLife at Home/Home Health Therapy: 

• Travel in all weather conditions and to all areas of the department service area

• Establish treatment plans and treat clients using a variety of methods 

• Work cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other members of the care team.
• Communicate and coordinate care with Occupational Therapists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Current Openings: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, weekend rotation

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $75,019 - $93,774 / year. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses

• Mileage Reimbursement at 58.5 cents per mile
